Pigmented Screed floors are a 3mm cementitious screed which can be applied over existing floor or wall substrates. Pigmented Screed Floors must be hand applied by a trained contractor and are predominantly used for indoor purposes

For proper implementation, polished concrete needs a minimum slab requirement of 25 MPa (MPa- compressive strength concrete is measured in). If the desired strength cannot be achieved, an additional minimum of 50mm granolithic screed needs to be laid down or alternatively a surface hardener can be used to increase the hardness.
The harder the concrete, the better it polishes up while also increasing durability, guaranteeing you a resilient product with longevity.
